Hi! I’m Abby Fitzsimmons, a dynamic and hardworking real estate professional, whose passion for serving others and making the world a better place is what fuels me. Since 2018, I have been a full-time real estate expert, always striving to enhance my skills and earn valuable designations to better serve my clients. With my local expertise and creativity, I am known for marketing my listings with a touch of excellence, enabling my business to increase year after year. Real estate is not only a great was to grow wealth, but it’s also a journey that I am honored to take with my clients as they achieve their goals. My job goes beyond just selling properties; it’s all about educating and advocating for my clients as they achieve their goals. I want them to have all of the pertinent information so they know they are making the right choice. I continue to be a resource to my clients long after we close.

I am passionate about giving back to my community by volunteering in various organizations, including the FAAR Board of Directors, the FAAR Foundation and Mental Health America. My company’s values align closely with mine allowing my mark to be more impactful! Coldwell Banker Elite has been giving back to the community for more than 42 years!

I am no stranger to challenges; in fact, I wholeheartedly embrace them! My family of four has been in Stafford since 2011. Prior to that, my husband was active duty in the Army, where we moved around A LOT and dealt with our share of deployments. You never know how strong you are until you have to be! It was not al ways easy, but our boys are on the verge of finishing their high school careers and it brings me immense joy to watch them become confident and respectful young men! We have two crazy K-9s that complete our little family. Mo, a handsome German Shepherd (named after Yadi Molina, the greatest catcher of all time!) and Geri, the sweetest chocolate lab ever.

There are tons of places to begin searching for houses. I'm sure you are familiar with Zillow, Realtor.com and a plethora of others. These are great resources, but sometimes they take a little while to update, like when a house goes under contract. You can check out houses from my website too.
